Keep Calm and Lead On!

Leadership is a a key value to our organization! Alpha Phi Omega develops the leadership skills of its members through shared leadership. Every semester, brothers may contribute to fraternity leadership by planning and executing any number of service projects and fellowships, running for a leadership position on the executive committee, or having the chance to participate in a variety of leadership development programs sponsored by Alpha Phi Omega.

Not only does Nico give unwavering support to this Chapter's service program as a whole, but he is a constant volunteer and Service Coordinator for Paul's Place Mentoring as well! Nico shows an unmatched passion for Paul's Place and, to top it all off, he gave an amazing presentation about the service project to our Brotherhood last semester.

A Message from Our Leadership Chair

Welcome to the brotherhood from your VPs Leadership!

Our leadership pillar represents our dedication to supplying outstanding service, enhancing our interpersonal skills, and maintaining strong ties to the Baltimore community. I hope to focus on preparing our brothers for leadership roles both inside and outside of APO. This semester's leadership workshops will aim to strengthen our practical skills, ensuring our success at Hopkins and beyond. I hope you will take the leadership initiative by being involved in a committee, by serving as a coordinator for a service project, and by participating in the many leadership-oriented activities planned for the fall 2019 semester!

APO is an incredible organization that upholds the highest standards of leadership skill, civic engagement, and moral integrity. I invite you to join us on our journey to becoming the future leaders of the world!
